Position Summary
Christian Heritage Academy seeks a visionary, spiritually grounded leader to serve as our next Head of School—someone who models a mature Christian walk, leads strategically in partnership with the Board, inspires staff and families, and ensures a safe, mission‑aligned school where students grow in knowledge and Christ‑like character.

5th Grade Classroom Teacher
Job Description:
Responsible for instructing 5th grade students by creating lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction in math, literacy, social studies, science, Bible, and other grade-level content areas as needed. The teacher will establish and maintain a strong classroom management system that supports both academic growth and student well-being. The teacher will differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with various learning styles and ability levels, while supporting student readiness for the transition into middle school.
While this 5th grade position is a maternity substitute for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, this position is ideal for a candidate who is interested in long-term growth within Christian Heritage Academy, including the opportunity to work as part of our Middle School team in the future, based on school needs and staffing structure.
Education & Experience:
A Minnesota Teaching License is required. Upper Elementary classroom experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with Middle School licensure (in addition to elementary licensure) are strongly preferred.
