Literacy Support Teacher (0.6 FTE)

Duties: Work with students in small groups or one-on-one to address gaps in literacy. Support classroom teachers by assessing students, planning, and implementing best literacy practices. Works in collaboration with other literacy support teachers to best meet the needs of students in elementary and middle school.

Education & Experience: Elementary classroom teaching experience preferred. Minnesota Teaching License Required. Preferred background in educational literacy programs such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Barton, etc.

Middle School Spanish Teacher (0.6 FTE)

Duties: Part-time Spanish teacher for middle school students grade 6th-8th. Duties include lesson planning, delivering instruction, and assessing students for mastery. Collaborates with the middle school teaching team and CHA staff to provide excellent instruction to the middle schoolers.

Education & Experience: Middle school classroom teaching experience preferred. Minnesota Teaching License Required. Preferred background in Spanish education and Middle School Experience.

Development Director (1.0 FTE)

Duties: Manage fundraising efforts aligned with CHA's mission, including donor relations and event planning. Cultivate relationships with potential donors and alumni, fostering engagement and support. Collaborate with marketing to communicate CHA's needs effectively. Oversee development budget and analyze fundraising metrics for reporting. Commitment to fundraising and alumni involvement.

Education, Skills, & Experience: Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with preference given to those with advanced degrees or certifications. Prior experience in fundraising or development within education or nonprofit sectors is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with excellent organizational and project management abilities. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and demonstrate a commitment to Christian values and the mission of Christian Heritage Academy.
