First things first - Complete an Inquiry Form

Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision, and we’re excited to help you discover what makes Christian Heritage Academy special!

Start by completing our simple inquiry form HERE.

Once your inquiry has been reviewed by our Admissions Team, you’ll receive your personal admissions link. Think of this link as your home base throughout the admissions process—it will show you where you are in the process, what steps still need to be completed, and guide you along the way.

Next, schedule a Tour & Meeting

Your next step is to schedule a tour and meet with our Principal, Joel Koski, and/or our Dean of Students, Gina Petersen. This step is required for all prospective families.

You’ll schedule your tour directly through your personal admissions link.

Preview Days | Grades 1–8 — Optional

Prospective students in grades 1–8 are also invited to attend a Preview Day! Students will be paired with a CHA student in their current grade and have the opportunity to experience classes, meet future classmates, tour the school, and get a glimpse of a typical day at CHA.

  • 2027–2028 Preview Days | 8:00–11:00 a.m.

Then, Complete the Next Steps

Incoming Kindergarten Students:
Complete an Early Childhood Screening through your local school district before the first day of school. Results may be emailed to office@chacademy.com or mailed to CHA.

Incoming Students in Grades 1–8:
Your personal admissions link will guide you through the additional required steps, including:

  • Submit a records request for your child’s current school, including any IEP/504 information. If your child has an IEP or 504 Plan, please bring a copy to your tour to discuss with our Principal and/or Dean of Students.

  • Schedule a math and reading assessment at CHA.

  • Request teacher recommendations from your child’s current math and reading teachers.

  • Upload a student photo

  • Complete your application for admission.

Finally…Apply for Admission

When you’re ready, your personal admissions link will guide you to the application. The application fee is $250 and non-refundable.

Applications are currently available for the 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 school years.

IMPORTANT ADMISSIONS DATES
2027-2028

Our retention rate for the 25/26 school year was 87%. This tells you that our families really like it here!

January 30, 2027 Safe seat deadline for CURRENT students and siblings of current students.

March 2, 2027 Admissions Decisions will be available on your personal admissions link.

June 15, 2027 Financial Aid Deadline for new applicants. If your student is accepted late Spring and Summer the deadline for financial aid applications is August 1, 2027.

June 15, 2027 Tuition Contracts MUST be completed on personal admissions link.

July 5, 2027 Payments begin for the 27/28 school year (12 payments). Shorter term payment plans are available depending upon enrollment date. Payment plans offered are as follows:

  • Monthly 12 (July - June)

  • Monthly 11 (Aug - June)

  • Monthly 10 (Sep - June)

  • Quarterly (July, October, January & April)

  • Semi Annual (July, January)

  • Annual (July - if accepted before July, 2027)

CHA has been established on the biblical principle that God has given parents the primary responsibility for educating their children. The school enters into a partnership with parents and Christian educators to teach academics in the context of a Christian world-view and based on Christian faith and values. The policy of CHA is to offer enrollment to students of Christian parents who act and adhere to the values of the School and who desire a Bible-based education for their children.

CHA is a non-denominational school and is not affiliated with any church.  It is the policy of CHA to admit families who share and support our statement of faith.
